Zakat, Tax & GOSI

The Zakat and Tax certificate is valid with no outstanding liabilities The GOSI certificate is valid and fully up to date The Saudization rate is within the Nitaqat green band or higher, with no outstanding violations

Quality & Safety (QHSE)

A certified quality management system is in place and actually implemented (ISO 9001 or equivalent) A documented occupational safety system is in place with a very low incident record A qualified safety officer is officially appointed within the company

Governance, Project & Risk Management

A clear organizational structure with documented authorities for project management is in place Project operational risks are managed through a documented and actually applied methodology

Documentation & Application Readiness
