Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect from you through the Lean Advisory website, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.

1 Who we are

Lean Advisory for Financial and Professional Consulting is licensed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and based in Riyadh. We are the party responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

2 What we collect

We only collect what you give us through the forms on this site:

  • Contact details: your name, mobile number, email address and preferred contact channel.
  • Business details: the type, activity and size of your business, when you complete an index or request a service.
  • Assessment answers: your answers to the index you choose, used to produce your report.
  • Financing application data: when you use the financing eligibility service we collect details such as nationality, age, employer, income, length of service and whether you have existing obligations or defaults.
  • Documents you upload: if you are eligible and choose to continue, you may upload documents such as a bank statement, salary certificate, national ID or Iqama, commercial registration and financial statements.
  • Limited technical data: a hashed fingerprint of your IP address, used only to protect the forms against automated submissions — never to track you.

3 Sensitive data

We recognise that bank statements and identity documents are among the most sensitive data there is. That is why we ask for them only after you have seen your eligibility result and chosen to continue, and why we never ask for banking passwords, one-time codes or card numbers — no member of our team will request those through any channel.

4 Why we use your data

We do not use your data for any marketing you have not agreed to, and we never sell it to anyone.

  • To produce the index report you requested and send it to you.
  • To assess your financing eligibility and review your application.
  • To contact you about your enquiry or the service you requested.
  • To improve the quality of our services in aggregate.
  • To meet our regulatory and professional obligations.

5 Where your data is held and who sees it

Applications and assessments are stored in our client management system on secured servers, accessible only to authorised Lean staff on a need-to-know basis.

We do not share your data with third parties except: technology providers who operate our infrastructure under a duty of confidentiality; government or regulatory bodies where legally required; and the financing institutions you choose to apply to.

6 Services connected to this site

  • AI assistant: your chat messages are processed through Google Gemini to generate a reply. Please do not send sensitive data or documents through the chat.
  • WhatsApp: if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

7 How long we keep it

We keep contact details and service requests for as long as we work with you and for any period required by professional and accounting regulations. Documents uploaded for financing applications are kept only as long as needed to review the application and are destroyed once that purpose ends or when you ask us to delete them, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

8 Your rights

The Personal Data Protection Law gives you the right to:

  • Know how your data is collected and used.
  • Access your data and obtain a copy of it.
  • Request correction of anything inaccurate.
  • Request destruction of your data once it is no longer needed.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the email address in the site footer and we will respond within the statutory period.

9 Keeping your data safe

Every page of this site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the client system is restricted to named accounts. While we take appropriate technical and organisational measures, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

10 Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. We use only what the site needs to work — remembering your language and dark-mode preference, and protecting forms against automated submission.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.

12 Privacy contact

For any question or request about your personal data, contact us using the email address or phone number shown in the site footer.
